Tanager Lane

Tanager Lane project is a ground-up renovation and redesign of a 5,300 square foot beach house. 

The redesign transformed a dated and worn home into a modern year-round second retreat for a family of four. By using collapsing glass walls we expanded the open plan living space on the basement level as well as the ground floor, creating indoor/outdoor patio and deck space to be used in high summer and all the best weather throughout the year.
